The fermentation in the bottle causes the wine to be effervescent and also slightly cloudy. Pét Nat is bright and effervescent,fruity with aromas of grapefruitand green apples with floral andcitrus undertones. On the palate,crisp refreshing acidity and biglively bubbles.The wine is unfiltered and very lowin Sulphur, it will be cloudy whenserved and should be stored in acool dark place.
