Simcha Spirits is a marketing platform that works with retailers to bring you the best deals and widest variety of kosher Wine & Spirits in America. Because of constantly changing State & Federal laws/regulations surrounding the sale of alcohol, we may not be able to ship to your state.

A signature is required by a recipient over 21 with a valid ID for all packages. We strongly suggest shipping to a business address, which can be added to most credit cards as an additional billing address for verification. If the carrier is unable to complete delivery, we will reach out to arrange redelivery or a refund minus the actual shipping costs.

All orders where the billing and shipping addresses do not match will require additional time for credit card authorization.

We currently do NOT ship to the following states:

Alaska
Arkansas
Delaware
Hawaii
Mississippi
Montana
Rhode Island
Utah

Fees

Shipping is free on all orders above $149. Conditions apply*

For orders below $149, a flat fee of $14.95 will be charged.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary greatly based on location, inventory and other factors. While most orders ship out in 1–3 business days, it can take anywhere from 2–10 days to receive your order, with most orders taking less than 6 days.

We do not ship on weekends or government holidays, though we do process orders at night and on weekends. If you receive a “Shipping Confirmation” email from us and the tracking is not active, it means we have processed and packed your order, but the carrier will ship it on the next business day. If there are any concerns about a possible mistake on the kashrus level or hechsher, please contact us for a possible refund.

* There are two reasons you might not be able to access free shipping even with an order over $149.00. Special order items — these items do not count toward free shipping; however, if you order over $149.00 in only special order items, free shipping is applied. The second reason is the retailer. Free shipping applies to items shipped from the same retailer — in other words, one parcel. If your items ship from multiple retailers, you would be charged for each shipment. If either shipment is over $149, that shipment ships free.
