WINEMAKING:
Grown in the elevated vineyards of upper Galilee where cool nights preserve natural acidity, this Chardonnay is crafted with precision. Partial barrel fermentation and aging add complexity while maintaining the fresh fruit character that defines quality Israeli whites.
