1848 Winery's 2nd Generation Chardonnay is a 100% Chardonnay from Israel's Galilee region, part of a wine series named for the family's generational winemaking history dating to 1848. The wine is aged with no oak, letting the fruit lead with notes of green apple, citrus, and white peach framed by lively acidity and a crisp, clean finish. Pour it chilled alongside grilled fish, roast chicken, or a plate of soft cheeses for an easy, food-friendly white from one of Israel's oldest winemaking families.
