1848 Winery's Generations Semi-Sweet Red comes from Israel's Judean Hills and Galilee, made by a family that's been making wine since 1848 — now on its eighth generation of winemakers. This Cabernet Sauvignon is crushed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, then pressed mid-fermentation to hold onto its natural sweetness. Expect a bright, vibrant glass with forest-fruit and ripe plum aromas, a full, fruit-forward palate, gentle sweetness, and a long finish. Pour it slightly chilled alongside roasted duck or a dark chocolate dessert.
