This Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (65%) and Merlot (35%) is made from grapes grown and harvested at the single Les Terres Noires vineyard in the Aude River Valley in the South of France. Aged in Pays D'Oc Oak for four months this wine is unfiltered and Non-Mevushal. The wine has cherry notes with touches of coffee, tobacco and light tannins for an easy finish. This is a satisfying, table-friendly Pays D'Oc red that will be a real crowd pleaser.
