From Adir Winery's Winemaker Edition series, this dry Riesling is crafted from 100% Johannesburg Riesling grapes grown on the slopes of the Upper Galilee's Admon Mountain. Clusters are hand-harvested and hand-selected, then gently pressed for free-run juice with no extraction, preserving a golden-greenish wine with restrained aromatics, mineral edges, and notes of green apple and pear. Medium-bodied with balanced acidity and a crisp, dry finish, each numbered bottle suits a seafood dinner or a warm-weather patio pour. Certified kosher and non-mevushal (Ungar, OU).
