Three wild Oaxacan agaves, one bottle: Akul blends Madrecuishe, Tobalá, and Arroqueño in equal thirds, each plant aged 12, 12, and 20 years before harvest. Crafted by mezcalero Eric Hernandez in Tlacolula, the piñas are roasted, stone-milled on a tahona, then left to ferment naturally in open wood vats before two passes through copper stills. Bottled at 45% ABV, it's a study in terroir and patience — pour it neat in a copita and let each agave's character unfold sip by sip. Certified kosher (KaKosher).
