Bright and agave-forward, Aldez Organic Blanco is distilled from blue agave grown in the lowlands of Jalisco and harvested by hand using traditional tools. The agave hearts cook for nearly three days in brick ovens, then ferment in open vats before a second distillation goes straight to the bottle, unaged and clean. Expect cooked agave, black pepper, and lemon peel on the nose, with citrus and a silky, semi-sweet finish on the palate. Sip it neat to taste the terroir, or build a bright, herbaceous margarita. Certified organic in both the US and EU.
