Alexander Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium kosher dry red wine from Alexander Winery, one of Israel most established boutique wineries founded in 1996. This single-vineyard wine showcases exceptional Upper Galilee terroir.
WINEMAKING:
Sourced from a single vineyard planted 690 meters above sea level in Ein-Seter on Mitzpe Hayamin mountain. The wine undergoes extended oak aging, reflecting winemaker Yoram Shalom belief in patient maturation to develop exceptional depth and complexity.
TASTING NOTES:
- Nose: Dark cassis, blackberry, cedar, and refined oak spice
- Palate: Full-bodied with concentrated dark fruit, chocolate, and elegant tannins
- Finish: Long and structured with lingering fruit and oak
HOW TO ENJOY:
