PRODUCTION:
Crafted at Angostura's Trinidad distillery using traditional continuous column distillation, this rum is aged for 5 years in American oak bourbon barrels. Trinidad's tropical climate enhances the aging process, creating a well-rounded rum with excellent balance.
TASTING NOTES:
- Nose: Light caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and subtle tropical fruit
- Palate: Smooth butterscotch, honey, warm spices, and hints of banana
- Finish: Medium-length with gentle oak and lingering sweetness
