Barkan Gold Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Israel's Barkan Vineyards, the country's largest winery, founded in 1990. Part of the Reserve Gold Edition line, it's made from Cabernet Sauvignon sourced at Kerem Ben Zimra, a growing area prized among Israel's top vineyard sites, then aged in oak barrels after fermentation. Expect ripe plum and sweet spice aromas, balanced tannins, and a long, fruit-forward finish. Serve around 61°F (16°C) alongside grilled steak or aged hard cheese to let the oak and dark fruit unfold.
