Barkan W Chardonnay is a dry white wine from Barkan Winery, Israel's largest wine producer, crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Upper Galilee and the Jerusalem Mountains. These cooler, higher-elevation sites help preserve the grape's natural acidity, giving the finished wine an inviting nose of citrus fruit and white peach that carries through to a smooth, round finish. Serve well-chilled, around 46°F, alongside roasted chicken, grilled fish, or a soft, mild cheese board for an easy, food-friendly pour.
