Baron De Mamour Pouilly-Fumé is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Pouilly-Fumé appellation in France's Upper Loire Valley, produced by Domaine J. de Villebois, a Sauvignon Blanc specialist working vineyards up to 300 meters in altitude on limestone, clay, flint, and Kimmeridgian marl soils. The dry white shows pale gold color with aromas of lemon, green apple, and lemongrass, backed by racy acidity and a flinty, mineral-driven finish typical of the region. Serve chilled as an aperitif or alongside fish and light white-meat dishes.
