Bartenura Sparkling Moscato Rosé is an Italian sweet sparkling wine made from Moscato grapes in the Asti area of Piedmont. It pours a pale pink hue and opens with honeysuckle and floral perfume, giving way to fresh strawberry and raspberry fruit on the palate. Gentle bubbles and bright acidity keep the sweetness in check, so the wine finishes light and refreshing rather than syrupy. Serve well chilled as an easy sipper on its own, or pour alongside fresh berries, soft cheeses, or a fruit tart for dessert.
