A confident blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon and 14% Syrah, it rests fourteen months in French oak before bottling, building a smooth, balanced core with layers of dark fruit. Produced in Israel using techniques the winery's founders brought over from Napa Valley, it's built for the dinner table — pour it alongside grilled meats or a hearty stew.
