Butterscotch and smokey notes emerge from the Israeli Oak barrels in which the grapes have aged for eighteen months. These grapes are grown in our vineyards standing at eight-hundred and fifty meters above sea level where cool summer evenings allow the grapes to attain their full ripeness. In order to achieve the highest level of quality in every regard, we then vinify them with the optimal standards of low yields, three-week maceration on the skins, and utilizing only free-run and unfiltered juice.
