The grapes were carefully selected by hand from a vineyard in Judean Hills. The wine was aged in fine Judean Hills oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is rich in fruit aromas, balanced, with a noticeable body, and very enjoyable to drink. The wine will continue developing and increase its complexity in the next few years.
