French Selection's Bourgogne Domaine Ternynck Chardonnay is a dry white Burgundy from the Bourgogne appellation, made by winemaker Laurent Ternynck on vineyards near Chablis. The estate farms on Kimmeridgian limestone soil and ferments with native yeasts, aging the wine slowly on its lees. Expect white-flower and orchard-fruit aromatics with the chalky minerality typical of the terroir, finishing fresh and bright rather than heavy or oaky. Pour it chilled alongside roast chicken, goat cheese, or grilled seafood for an easy, food-friendly white.
