Carmel Mediterranean Dry Red Wine comes from Carmel Wines, Israel's oldest winery, sourcing fruit from the Shomron region. This dry red blend leans on Carignan (about 37%) alongside Shiraz, Petit Verdot, and Petite Sirah, with a touch of Viognier rounding out the mix — a five-grape lineup chosen for warm-climate, Mediterranean character. Aged some 15 months in small French oak barrels and left unfined and only coarsely filtered, it pours full-bodied with black cherry, wild berry, baking spice, and a hint of chocolate over silky tannins. Pour it alongside grilled lamb or a hard aged cheese.
