Carmel Signature Black Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry red wine from Carmel Wines, grown in Israel's Upper Galilee, where cool nighttime temperatures help the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes ripen slowly and develop concentrated character. Carmel's winemaking team ages the wine roughly 14 months in French oak, building a full-bodied, velvety structure with smooth tannins and layered notes of dark cherry, blackcurrant, plum, and a whisper of cedar and spice. Let it breathe in a decanter before pouring alongside grilled ribeye, lamb, or a wedge of aged cheddar.
