Carmel Signature Carignan Taninim Creek is a single-vineyard dry red wine from Carmel Winery, one of Israel's oldest producers, founded in 1882 on the slopes of Mount Carmel. This bottling comes from old, dry-farmed bush vines growing along Nahal Taninim (Taninim Creek), fermented in stainless steel before roughly 16 months in oak. Expect a medium-plus-bodied red with spicy black fruit, Mediterranean herb, and a smoky, leathery finish backed by firm tannins. Pour it alongside grilled lamb, brisket, or hard cheeses.
