Château Cantenac Brown is a Grand Cru Classé estate from Cantenac in the Margaux appellation of Bordeaux's Médoc, ranked in the historic 1855 Classification. The vineyard sits on deep Günzian gravel and is planted mainly to Cabernet Sauvignon alongside Merlot and Cabernet Franc, fermented plot-by-plot in a gravity-fed cellar and aged in French oak. Expect blackcurrant, violet, graphite, and cedar notes over silky, structured tannins. Decant and pour alongside roasted lamb, aged Gouda, or a grilled ribeye.
