French Selection's Château Des Arnauds Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry red wine from the Bordeaux AOC in France, produced by Vignobles Lassagne, a family estate near Abzac in the Libourne region that has been run by the same family since 1952. The vineyard's red gravel and silty-clay soils help ripen the fruit fully, giving this Cabernet Sauvignon a deep, structured character with dark berry fruit, firm tannin, and an earthy Bordeaux backbone. Pour it alongside grilled steak, lamb, or aged hard cheeses, and let it open up for a few minutes to soften.
