Château Fourcas Dupré is a Bordeaux red blend from the Listrac-Médoc appellation on Bordeaux's left bank, grown on a gravel-and-clay plateau nicknamed "the roof of the Médoc" for its ancient soil layer. The wine blends Cabernet Sauvignon for structure with Merlot for fruit and aromatic lift, rounded out by Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Expect dark cherry, blackcurrant, and baking-spice notes over firm tannins and a smooth, mineral-edged finish. Pour it alongside grilled lamb, roasted duck, or aged hard cheeses.
