Château Gazin Rocquencourt is a Bordeaux red blend from Pessac-Léognan, in the Graves district south of the city of Bordeaux. The estate, with vineyard records dating to 1468 and owned since 2005 by the Bonnie family of Château Malartic-Lagravière, farms gravel-ridge vineyards under sustainable and HVE certification. This dry red blends Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, fermented in temperature-controlled tanks and aged in French oak, yielding a full-bodied wine with dark plum, tobacco leaf, and cocoa character. Pour it alongside braised beef, lamb, or aged hard cheeses.
