Château Greysac Dry Red Wine is a Cru Bourgeois Bordeaux blend from the Médoc, produced by Château Greysac in Hameau de By, near where the Gironde estuary meets the Atlantic. The vineyard's roughly 40-year-old vines grow in quaternary rolled-pebble soil over limestone and clay, and the wine is blended from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, then aged in barrel for twelve months. Expect an elegant, well-structured red with ample, fruity aromas and a voluptuous mouthfeel. Pour it alongside grilled beef, roast lamb, or aged cheese.
