Bokobsa's Château Hauteville is a dry red Bordeaux from Saint-Estèphe in the Médoc, blended from 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. The Cabernet brings structure and firm tannins, while the Merlot rounds out the mid-palate with softer red fruit. Expect herbal, slightly menthol aromatics up front, giving way to focused red fruit, toasted herbs, and oak on the palate — a wine built with backbone. Bokobsa recommends serving it around 16-18°C alongside lamb skewers or firm, nutty cheese; it also holds up well with grilled steak or game.
