Château Le Petit Chaban is a dry red Bordeaux from Bokobsa, sourced from vineyards in the Gironde in southwest France. This bottling shows the region's classic character: a deep red color, aromas layered with red fruit and a touch of vanilla, and a palate of soft spice backed by medium body and smooth, easy-drinking tannins. It's made to enjoy now rather than cellar for years, so open it soon after purchase. Serve slightly below room temperature, around 63-68°F, alongside roasted or grilled red meats.
