Chateau Roubine Premium Cru Classé Rosé comes from a historic Provence estate near Lorgues, one of the region's officially recognized Cru Classé properties, a classification dating back to the 1950s. Grown on clay-limestone soils and farmed organically and biodynamically, the wine is night-harvested, with each grape variety fermented separately at cool, controlled temperatures to lock in freshness. Expect a pale salmon-pink hue, aromas of spring flowers and red currant, and a crisp, fruit-forward palate with a long finish. Serve chilled with grilled fish or a Mediterranean seafood spread.
