The name comes from distillery workers who smuggled drams home in a hollow pipe hidden down a trouser leg — a "copper dog." This Speyside blended malt honors that spirit, marrying at least eight Speyside single malts in old oak casks for a minimum of three months. Expect toffee apple and ripe orchard fruit on the nose, a fresh, malty palate with vanilla and a touch of spice, easing into a soft, wood-balanced finish. Pour it over ice with apple juice, or build it into an Old Fashioned.
