Covenant Red C Rosé comes from Red C, the second label of Covenant, the Berkeley, California winery founded in 2003. Made from Grenache sourced from Northern California vineyards, it is crafted with the same minimal-intervention approach as Covenant flagship wines: native-yeast fermentation, unfined and unfiltered. Expect a crisp, pale pink pour with red berry and citrus notes that ease into a touch of spice on a clean, refreshing finish. Light-bodied and European in style, it is an easy match for warm-weather sipping or a plate of grilled fish and salad.
