Don Lorenzo Blanco comes from a small family-run distillery in Jalisco's Los Valles region, working blue agave harvested from the highlands around Atotonilco and Arandas — plants left to mature 7 to 10 years before harvest. It's cooked low and slow in an autoclave, then run through copper alembic stills, a combo built to keep the agave's complexity intact. Expect fruit, herb, and citrus notes with a mineral edge from deep-well water. Sip it neat or build it into a simple margarita.
