Founded in 1865, Don Q marked its 150th anniversary with something rare: a blend of 20-year-old rums drawn from an original lot of 36 barrels the Serrallés family laid down back in 1994, then returned to charred American oak to marry aroma and taste. Only 1,865 bottles exist. Expect apricot, fig, vanilla, oak spice and molasses layered into a slow, contemplative sipper. Bottled at 40% ABV by Destilería Serrallés in Ponce, Puerto Rico — pour it neat in a wide glass and take your time.
