Agave is steamed in traditional stone ovens, roller-milled, then double-distilled, landing at an easygoing 40% ABV. Expect a floral nose with stone fruit and pineapple over warm cooked agave, then a full-yet-gentle palate of white pepper, creamy lemon, and fresh herbs.
