Elvi Clos Mesorah Garnatxa comes from Elvi Wines, based in Spain's Montsant region, where the estate's Grenache vines grow in llicorella — the reddish-black slate and clay soil that also defines neighboring Priorat. The result is a dry red built around ripe red fruit and cherry, laced with warm baking spice and a Mediterranean herbal edge, rounding into a soft, full-bodied finish with a lightly spiced close. Pour it alongside grilled lamb, roasted meats, or a Mediterranean mezze spread for a wine that matches the region's rustic character.
