Elvi Herenza Rosé is a dry rosé from Elvi Wines, grown in Alella — a small coastal Denominación de Origen just north of Barcelona known for sandy, mineral-rich soils and cooling Mediterranean breezes. Elvi is a family-run Spanish winery producing across several Spanish DOs, with Alella supplying the fresh, aromatic base for this bottling. Expect a pale, dry style built for warm-weather drinking. Pour it well-chilled alongside grilled seafood, charcuterie, or a plate of Manchego to let its bright, food-friendly acidity do the work.
