FAIR Quinoa Vodka is one of the few vodkas built from quinoa instead of wheat or potato — grain grown by Bolivian farming communities at over 13,000 feet in the Andes. FAIR ships that quinoa to Cognac, France, where a micro-brewer ferments a 5.5% quinoa mash before it's distilled alongside organic, non-GMO corn alcohol in a single column still. The result is mineral and cereal-driven on the nose, with citrus and green fruit on the palate and a warm, lingering finish. Pour it chilled in a martini, or mix into something citrus-forward.
