Feldstein Dabouki Dry White Wine comes from Israel's Feldstein Winery, built around dabouki — a grape variety native to the Holy Land with roots in the region going back millennia. The fruit is hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel, and aged on its lees to build texture and complexity. Expect a dry, aromatic glass with white flower, stone fruit, and citrus notes, plus a mineral edge and a touch of tropical green melon.
