Feldstein Grenache Rosé is a dry rosé from Feldstein Winery in Israel's Upper Galilee, built mainly from Grenache with small additions of Carignan, Cinsault, and Argaman. Winemaker Avi Feldstein picks the grapes early to preserve bright acidity, then shapes a Provence-style rosé over limestone-clay soils that add minerality beneath the fruit. Expect aromas of blossom, pear, quince, apple, and unripe strawberry in a bold yet restrained glass. Serve chilled alongside grilled fish, fresh salads, or soft cheeses for an easy warm-weather pour.
