Flam Blanc Dry White Wine comes from the Flam family winery in Israel's Judean Hills, where brothers Golan and Gilad Flam farm plots in the Judean Foothills, including Givat Yeshayahu's terra rossa and limestone soils. The Sauvignon Blanc-led blend is picked by hand, plot by plot, then gently whole-cluster pressed and fermented cool to protect its fruit. Expect green apple, grapefruit, and white blossom aromatics with a crisp, lingering finish. Serve chilled alongside grilled fish, goat cheese, or a warm-weather seafood spread.
