Flam Camellia Dry White Wine comes from Flam Winery's vineyards in Israel's Judean Hills, blending roughly 90% Chardonnay with a splash of Sauvignon Blanc. Grapes are picked selectively at dawn, pressed whole-cluster, then fermented and aged sur lie in French oak for several months, building texture without dulling the wine's natural lift. Expect a citrus-driven nose with green and ripe apple, pear, and white peach, leading into a crisp, medium-bodied palate and a long finish. Named for the Flam family's mother, it pairs well with roast chicken, grilled fish, or a soft cheese board.
