The prevalent style gin of 18th century England, Old Tom was once king of the gin hill here stateside but sadly disappeared (along with many things fun) during prohibition. We made it our mission to bring back this lynchpin of countless classic cocktails. Greenhook’s full-bodied expression is crafted from pot distilled corn, juniper, and botanicals inspired by the spice trade of the 1900’s.
