Grown at over 900 meters in the chalky soil of the Judean Hills south of Jerusalem, this Bordeaux-style red comes from Gush Etzion Winery, blending Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. Produced as a tribute to the settlers who founded Migdal Eder in 1927, the wine pours deep and dark, opening to aromas of chocolate, cherry, and tobacco before settling into a long, layered finish. At 14.5% ABV, it's built for the table — pour alongside braised short ribs or aged hard cheese. Certified kosher (OK, Badatz Beis Yosef).
