Hajdu Proprietary Red is a Bordeaux-style red blend from Hajdu Wines, a small-lot producer based in Berkeley, California that crafts wines in batches as small as 25 to 150 cases. The fruit comes from hillside vineyards in Napa Valley, giving this dry red wine an inky, structured core built around black currant and wild herb aromatics, with blue fruit, graphite, and cedar carrying through on the palate. It's a California red built for the table — pour it alongside grilled steak, lamb, or aged hard cheeses to match its structure and depth.
