Our Israeli trained winemaker, Philippe Lichtenstein, immigrated to Israel with one dream: to bring the aromas and sensory pleasures from the vineyards of Provence to the hills of Jerusalem. This Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 12 months in Israeli oak barrels, thus producing a full bodied wine with an elegant nose and intense aromas of fresh red fruits combined with spicy notes. The palate is soft with round tannins and a long finish, highlighting its fruitiness combined with the wood from the barrel that the aging brings. The grapes were harvested from two vineyards in Dishon and Lachish. Perfect for stewed and braised meats as well as grilled vegetables.
