Herzog Kabb Single Vineyard Dry Red Wine comes from Herzog Special Reserve, sourced entirely from Kabb Ranch Vineyard in California, where mountain-shielded warm days and cooling coastal fog create the wide day-to-night swing that builds balanced acidity in the grapes. This Cabernet Sauvignon ages in a mix of French and American oak from several coopers, developing a deep ruby color, aromas of blackberry, cinnamon, and spice, and a black cherry finish framed by silky tannins and vanilla. Pour it with grilled steak or aged cheese.
