This South African dry rosé, a Shiraz and Chardonnay blend, is made from grapes hand-picked late in the March harvest, then directly pressed and fermented in stainless steel to keep things crisp and fruit-forward. Expect a light-to-medium body with red cherry, watermelon, and black plum notes and a refreshing, mouth-watering finish.
