R. Jelinek Plum Liqueur comes from RUDOLF JELÍNEK, a Czech distillery founded in 1894 in Vizovice, Moravia — a valley long known for its plum orchards. The liqueur blends the distillery's own plum distillate with fruit grown on its estate. Expect a juicy, sweet-sour ripe plum character with a smooth, rounded finish, no burn to fight through. Pour it chilled as a sipper, or lengthen it with sparkling water, tonic, or a lemon-lime soda for an easy summer glass.
