Magnus & Co. in Holland, Michigan, where master blender Nancy Fraley marries the distillery's award-winning bourbon with 11- and 18-year-old whiskeys, then finishes the blend in Armagnac casks. Batch 125 sits in the "Under the Boardwalk" run, opening with mille-feuille pastry and blackberry blossom against a bright edge of pink grapefruit, then turning creamy on the palate with vanilla-bean custard and milk chocolate. It's built to stand up to a slow cigar or a neat pour after dinner.
