Kamisa Sigma is a dry red Cabernet Sauvignon from Kamisa Winery, a family-run producer based in Israel's Upper Galilee on the Ramat Dalton wine estate. The wine spends 28 months aging in oak barrels, a long rest that the winery says brings the wood and fruit into balance. Expect a powerful glass: aromas of red fruit layered with earth and a whisper of smoke, a thick, structured palate carried by good acidity, and a long, confident finish. Pour it alongside grilled lamb, braised short rib, or aged hard cheeses to match its weight.
